Offices where thirty to sixty devices share a floor, meeting rooms, and any space where an older AC access point is running out of headroom. It is the sensible default unless the site genuinely needs Wi-Fi 7.

Yes, 802.3at. It will show reduced performance or fail to boot on a plain 802.3af port, so the switch budget matters.
Is the U6 Pro still worth buying with Wi-Fi 7 available?
For most UK offices, yes. Wi-Fi 7 only pays off with Wi-Fi 7 clients and a fast line behind it. We will tell you honestly which applies to your site.
