The MX75 is the mid-range MX: 1 Gbps firewall throughput, three WAN interfaces and ten LAN ports, for sites of up to around 200 users. It is the model we quote when a branch has outgrown the MX67 or MX68, or when resilient dual-circuit WAN matters.

What the MX75 is built for
Medium branches, busier head offices and sites carrying more site-to-site tunnels. The extra WAN interfaces let you run fibre, broadband and a 4G/5G backup without an extra router in front of the appliance.
- 1 Gbps stateful firewall throughput and 500 Mbps site-to-site VPN throughput
- 3 x WAN interfaces including an SFP WAN option, plus 10 x LAN ports
- Layer 7 firewall, IDS/IPS and Advanced Malware Protection with the right licence
- Rated for up to roughly 200 users per site
SD-WAN across multiple sites
Auto VPN builds the mesh or hub-and-spoke topology from the dashboard, and SD-WAN policies steer voice and business applications onto the best-performing circuit. On the MX75 there is enough headroom to run inspection with SD-WAN at the same time.

Does the MX75 support cellular failover?
Yes — a third WAN interface can carry a 4G/5G modem, with SD-WAN policies protecting voice traffic first when the primary circuit degrades.
Can the MX75 act as a VPN hub for other sites?
For small estates, yes. For larger hub roles we normally recommend an MX95 or above, and we will say so on the quote rather than oversell the MX75.
