How far can the U6 Mesh be from the wired access point?
It depends entirely on line of sight and obstructions. Across an open yard it holds well; through two brick walls it will not. We check the layout before quoting.

What the U6 Mesh solves
Coverage where there is no cable. It can be wired if a cable is available, or meshed off a wired unit where it is not — useful for extending Wi-Fi across a yard or into a separate building.
