Access point counts guessed from floor area are the most common reason a wireless refresh disappoints. We survey, model the coverage, and specify mounting, cabling and switch PoE headroom alongside the hardware.

Capacity, not area, decides it. A busy open-plan office typically needs one access point per 15–25 concurrent users, while a warehouse is driven by structure and stock height. We survey before quoting so the count is defensible.
Not always. A single site can run an embedded controller on the access points. A Catalyst 9800 makes sense across multiple sites or where you need consistent policy, roaming and analytics.
Catalyst gives deeper control and suits teams with network engineers. Meraki MR is easier to run day to day from a browser and suits lean IT teams. We supply both and will say honestly which fits your team.
