Who we are

Mercury Infosys Limited supplies networking and IT infrastructure to businesses in the UK and internationally. For any privacy question, contact us at connect@mercuryinfosys.com.

Enquiry details

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and anything you tell us about your requirement — plus, if you choose to give them, your company and phone number. We use these only to answer that enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell your details.

Enquiries are handled by our sales team and stored in our customer records system so we can follow up on your quote. We keep them for as long as we may reasonably need to honour or re-quote the enquiry, and then delete them.

Cookies and measurement

Beyond the cookies that make the site work, we use two things:

• Google Analytics — measures how many people visit and which pages they read, so we know which guides are useful.
• Google Ads conversion measurement — tells us which advert led to an enquiry or a phone call, so we do not waste money on adverts that do not work.

Both send data to Google, which may process it outside the UK and EEA under standard contractual clauses. We do not send Google your name, email address or phone number.

Your choices

If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, neither of these runs until you accept them — everything stays off until you choose, and rejecting is a single click. We keep a record of the choice you made, when you made it and the version of the notice you were shown.

You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like; it takes effect immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them — email connect@mercuryinfosys.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
