What the FortiGate 40F is built for
The 40F suits a single site of roughly 10 to 25 users where one desktop appliance has to handle the perimeter, the VPN back to head office and SD-WAN across a couple of links. It runs the same FortiOS as the rest of the range, so policy and reporting stay consistent across your estate.
