Every MX, MS, MR and MV device carries its own licence, tied to a term rather than a perpetual purchase. Co-termination pools those dates so the whole estate renews together instead of drip-feeding purchase orders through the year.
The dashboard warns first, then enters a 30 day grace period. After that the network is disabled until a licence is applied. We quote at least 90 days ahead so there is time for approval.
